Sports Specific Training
At Sports Lab we strive to provide unique and comprehensive training programs to focus on sport specific movements. Through bio-mechanical analysis and through measurement and evaluation it allows us to work around the specific needs of the athlete. Our certified strength coaches goals are to identify areas of weakness, areas of stiffness and improve movement patterns.
Performance Physical Therapy supports many of our local youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Our goal at PPT is to provide services such as stretching, warm up protocols, athletic taping leading up to day of competition as well as providing post support services.

Sports Lab can provide various ways to educate individuals on how to prevent injury. Our philosophy is to thoroughly access movement with the use of bio-mechanical feedback systems by filming sport specific movement. By breaking down movement and instructing the athlete on appropriate mechanics we can help bridge the gap for reducing injury and improving efficiency.
